Project Summary
The occupants of the building are not the
owners and therefore not in a position to invest
in renovations beyond a 5-year horizon.
However, LED lighting upgrades, power quality
corrections and the replacement of an aging
chiller were accomplished. Additional measures are planned for the near future to further reduce utility costs without significant investment in the facilities infrastructure.
