As an environmentally conscious company, Priority has replaced all interior lighting with LED’s, installed cutting edge lighting controls, tinted older windows to control heat gain, addressed a leaking hot water distribution system, replaced all primary air handling valves, upgraded the DDC controls system eliminating all pneumatic controls, installed high efficiency elevators, correct power quality issues and optimized the programming of the automated building control system.
