Heritage Park Summary

Heritage Park is a skilled nursing facility located in Roy, UT. The facility operates over 100 beds 24/7/365. Laundry facilities, a kitchen and a daycare are also on site.

Project Summary

Built in 1960, the facility had changed ownership multiple times without any major upgrades to the infrastructure. Ensign Services embraced the challenge and converted the aging facility into an efficiency showpiece.

Upgrades include, low e window, new exterior doors, R-60 insulation on resident rooms, geothermal coupled water-source VRF, LED lighting throughout, demand control ventilation on ERV’s, modulated condensing boiler, VFD’s on pumps, geo-coupled domestic HW and an automated controls system for all HVAC.
